What’s Next

i. Continue to revisit these exercises as triggers and emotions surrounding your self-worth come up for you.

ii. Use the Daily Reprogramming Exercise 3x per week, minimum, to reinforce and reprogram triggers that come up for you on a day to day basis.

iii. Do UNBLOCKED™ Inner Child if you have not yet worked through it, or if new childhood blocks surfaced  during this workshop. If your Shadow triggers are related to a rut or rockbottom you’re facing, work through Uplevel.

iv. Now that you’ve done the unblocking work, you can move onto a more focused workshop depending on what you’re trying to manifest. Whether it’s money, partnership, or material items.

v. Submit any questions that come up for you to our Supported manifestation class here.
