Day 4 • Authenticity
Who am I?
Day 4 is centered around doubling down on your authentic code. Even if you feel insecure and don’t quite feel like yourself right now during this Rock Bottom. You will get there soon by discovering this even deeper authentic version of yourself. This Rock bottom is specifically designed to help you do that.
When you’re in a Rock Bottom, you’re being asked to double down on knowing your worth. This isn’t a time to waver and fit into a societal mold because you don’t feel your best. It’s time to show up even more as your worthy self. The Universe is testing you to see if you’re strong and worthy enough to hold this bigger space in the world.
The more we may want to hustle and try to be something we’re not or behave a certain way, the further we are away from our authentic worth, and the longer this rock bottom will last.
Look at the things that seem to be defining your life right now. Does it align with your authentic purpose or your worth? Does it bring you power? Or does it hold you back and make you feel small? The Universe is asking us to educate ourselves fully where we feel insecure on the Rock Bottom topic at hand.
If you’re going through a financial rock bottom, you’re being called to fully educate yourself on how to invest, how to delegate your finances better, to become an expert. If it’s heartbreak, you’re being called to understand how to be in a whole, loving, autonomous relationship. Maybe you become a therapist that teaches on the subject one day.
You need to become a master and educate yourself on whatever your Rock Bottom is. That is something that will bring you to your authentic worth much quicker because you’ll become a lot less wavery when you really understand your authentic code and having mastery pertaining to the subject.
If you choose not to sit in your demise and you don’t really fully educate yourself, then you become a master and rise above your Rock Bottom. You’ll become a force of nature.
ANSWER in your journal
Let’s find your authentic code. Remember, this isn’t about answering with what you should answer in order to be a good, cool, respected, or a loved human. This is about getting ruthlessly honest with yourself and cutting out your non-authentic fluff. List four answers for each question, starting with the most relevant to least. Don’t get caught in your thoughts and don’t get precious with the answers. You will begin to see overlaps and similarities. The four most frequently used are clear indicators of your authentic code.
List four answers for each question with the most relevant to least. Read the full question before responding.

Now look at the four elements that you listed the most. Deduce them. What is the core essence beneath them? For example, mine are: luxury (which means security, comfort and freedom), being seen (which means expression such as filming, speaking, recording), legacy (leaving meaningful and transformative work behind in the world), and self-care/spiritual practice (which means connection with source and my own body).
What are yours? Feel free to journal it all out right now until they become crystal clear.
JOURNAL
Now that you know your authentic worth & code, or visit and quickly work through UNBLOCKED No with your four elements in mind.
i. It’s time to do an even deeper conscious and subconscious cleanse; anything in your life that does not reflect your four elements must go right now and you must cleanse deeper. Unfollow social media that doesn’t align with your code, get rid of the unhealthy things you do to escape or bandaid, all of it must go. Distance yourself from people that reflect the same hardship or don’t align with your authentic worth. Close the portals that aren’t allowing you to move forward.
ii. Now that you know your code, revisit journaling at length, answering how this Rock Bottom is helping you to create more success in the four elements of your authentic code? What lessons are you learning or what tools are you picking up?
iii. Educate yourself on this Rock Bottom topic until you feel so worthy of what you’ve been asking for that there are no doubts or feelings of being under qualified to receive your manifestations.
