Day 2 • Energetic Boundaries

Am I alone and unworthy?

In Day 2, we’re going to work on rediscovering your worth through finding your grounding and protecting your energetic boundaries when you’re going through such a hard time and such a rough low.

Most of the time, even though you may see your Rock Bottom as a gift, that doesn’t make it less painful to face. I know that you’re probably in immense pain. You’ve been kicked to the floor – and it’s hard. Just know that right now, you are supported by a greater force. You need to work on supporting yourself in order to regain your worth. All in all, you’re being called to a new level, therefore you need to take extra measures to get grounded, surround yourself with support, and rekindle your worth.

Whenever we are about to step into another level it is common to have wanted or unwanted shedding of what’s no longer serving you. It’s very natural for friendships, social circles, opportunities that don’t serve you to fall to the side or away all together. Don’t fear when this is happening, because this is what opens up space for the manifestations coming through.

Anything or anyone who doesn’t support you, who is envious of you, who jealous of you, who’s kind of like an energetic vampire and pokes holes in your aura must go. You may need to revisit UNBLOCKED No in order to understand exactly who these people and things might be. Setting boundaries with these things and these people is crucial to raising your worth.

DEMYSTIFY • This isn’t about getting to a higher vibration and being positive. It’s about getting and staying grounded in order to rekindle your worth. The first way to ground and support yourself is through energetic boundaries. You need to surround yourself only with those that support and love you. Those that lift you up and make you feel worthy.

Maybe you have parents that don’t get what you’re going through. You have frenemies that show their real colors when you need them the most. You’re being triggered by things you see on social media. You’re wearing clothing or using objects that don’t reflect your worth. Maybe your house is cluttered. These are the types of things that you need to let go of during this time.

The second way to support yourself during this time is to do the things you truly love to do and not to feel guilty about it. Start today!


JOURNAL

i. Who and what doesn’t feel like they have your back entirely? Whatever you list here has to go.

ii. What isn’t a hell yes right now? (in any area of your life) These have to go too.

iii. It’s time to subconsciously detox everything. Social, physical, TV, friends, media, everything that is seeping into your subconscious that isn’t aligning with your worth. If it doesn’t reflect that you are worthy and it’s triggering*, it must go.

*This does not apply to getting help and working on yourself. That may be incredibly triggering but it is what is going to grow your worth the quickest.
