I was first introduced to the moon phases at twenty-two, far before it was considered en vogue, when I was in the depths of low self-worth, broke, and unsuccessful. I was heartbroken and in a major rock bottom looking for anything to help me pull myself out. I tried it all. The crystals, the candles, spells, and I’m embarrassed to admit all of the others. I’d force my acting friends to Malibu beach with me to write everything that we were releasing on the sand, while holding citrine and “wishing” for the full moon’s tide to wash it away.
However, it took MANY years for that night’s sand engraving to dissolve as I learned the long and hard way that superstition and spiritual bypass only prolonged my rock bottom and kept me in the same space. It wasn’t until I began UNBLOCKING that everything started to wash – well, peel – away.
Since the beginning of time, living in sync with the moon has been incredibly powerful.
We are natural beings made up of energy, cells, water, minerals, proteins, bacteria and so much more, so we are influenced by the moon, just as the oceans, harvests, plants, and all other planets are. I’ve now come around to building a VERY strong and powerful alliance with the moon, one rooted in a sturdy and reliable practice. Therefore, under a very powerful Wolf Moon eclipse while in Ireland this year, it finally dawned on me that I should create a workshop out of the exact work I do under each illuminated cycle.
The manifestation work has allowed these moon cycles to become incredibly effective and magnetic in super-speed time. It’s my monthly check-in. Now, it will be yours too.
