Closing Exercise

As human beings, I believe we are an extension of nature, and our health and wellbeing are influenced by our connection or disconnection with the natural world. To support your healing path, bring awareness to your daily connection with Mother Nature through the five elements: Earth, Sun, Water, Air, and Spirit.

EARTH

Stand barefoot on the surface of the Earth so electrons from Earth’s magnetic field can flow into your body through your feet. This is known as grounding or earthing.

SUN

Watch the sunrise or sunset everyday with as much bare skin exposed as possible and no glasses. After sunset, eliminate all artificial blue-light from your environment.

WATER

Drink quality spring water. Tap water is often filled with metals and chemicals, like fluoride and chlorine. Partake in cold water therapy either in the bath or shower.

AIR

Observe the rhythm of your breathing. The way you breathe and the volume of your breath have a direct impact on how you function during the day and your quality of sleep, the time in which your body regenerates.

SPIRIT

Practice meditation and prayer to connect with the energy of Spirit and your soul. Disable sources of man-made energy, called nnEMF, before sleep, such as unplugging your wi-fi router, setting your phone on airplane mode and taking off all metal jewelry.
