Day 8 • Reinforcement
Am I worth it?
Reinforcing is super important when you’re in a Rock Bottom because you’ve had so much of your security and sense of true worth wiped out from you. Some of you may need to do Unblocked Reparent or Unblocked Shadow to really unlock some deeper stuff that’s being triggered, but for the most part what’s needing to happen is a deep sense of reinforcement back into your total authentic code and your worth.
The DI below I want you to do two times per day to deepen your reinforcement for those new neural pathways. Once in the morning to set the tone so that you’re less shaky and less all over the place so you can really ground into your grace, your worthiness, and your deservingness. Once in the evening to set the tone for deeper integration when you’re in REM sleep.
Although you’ll learn more about deservingness when you move out of Rock Bottom and into Next Level, I want to take a moment to talk about it. Deservingness is one pull stronger than subconscious worthiness, it’s what’s actually attracting our manifestations to us – not thinking positive. Deservingness takes it one step deeper.
I want you to think about that when you’re doing this reinforcement exercise. While you’re down there, even more than worth, start to loop in what it feels like and means to deserve your manifestations more. When you’re working through the blocks and letting go of those stories, really take in the deservingness and get rid of the things that don’t make you feel deserving. That’s what will make you stronger in this.
Now that you’ve created that new energetic field of boundaries that’s allowing you to really strengthen into your authentic code, you need to be partaking in self care every day that makes you feel worthy and strong again in the physical plane. You can do anything that resonates with you in self care. Go on a run or a walk. Simply lay in the sun, drink infusions, practice intuitive eating, get plenty of rest, meditate, take epsom salt baths, anything that makes you feel supported and in your worth. Some exercise rituals we love around here are Kayla Itsines, Tracy Anderson, Yoga, Walking, and heading to the gym. Whatever makes you feel good – do that.
I also like to warn people when you’re going through a Rock Bottom and feeling shaky in your worth, avoid anything that messes with your brain chemistry like like booze, refined sugar, or refined food.
Also, workout daily for 20 mins doing whatever speaks to you. Even if it’s just a 20 min walk or hike.

Just remember, you deserve anything you physically want. It is your birthright to be prosperous, happy, oneness and consciousness. You need to get rid of all of your guilt, all of your shame, and all of your pain – no matter how hard your Rock Bottom is.
How to use the daily rebuilding worth tool:
i. For 60 days straight, do the reinforcing Deservingness DI when you wake up and before you go to bed.
ii. Establish a self-care routine, whatever that may look like for you
iii. Do the Sleep Exercise as you’re drifting off to sleep and when you’re waking up. (Explained on this page)

SLEEP EXERCISE
Right when you’re falling asleep and right when you’re waking up, when you’re between conscious and unconscious, in the kind of drowsy hypnotic place, pull forward all of the things you’re manifesting and see those coming forward. Anything that’s coming up for you like undeservingness, not good enough, not worthy, shameful, pain, I want you to see yourself pulling those out of your body and place them into a balloon. Once you’ve pulled everything out, tie up that balloon, you’ll see yourself setting it on the ground, popping it, watching it drain into the Earth. Make a stamp and a note that says “This is no longer my story. I’ve changed my story.”
