I want to thank you all for taking the time to advocate for yourselves and for do the hard work of revisiting the things you faced in your childhood. Depending on the types of programming you picked up and traumas you experienced during the early years of your life, this workshop may have stirred up some deep, heavy emotions. Just know that it is completely normal to feel those things and self-care is truly key at these times. Give yourself the time to relax, go inward, and pamper yourself - whether that’s an epsom salt bath, a massage, or simple meditation or walk in nature. Keep moving forward and keep doing the work.

Continue to revisit these exercises as childhood blocks come up for you.
Once you feel ready, we recommend moving onto UNBLOCKED™ Shadow (inside The Pathway Membership or a la carte) next to work through subconscious blocks holding you back from high self-worth.
Use the Daily Reprogramming Exercise 3x a week minimum to reinforce and reprogram triggers that come up for you on a day to day basis. The DRE is inside The Pathway Membership, or available a la carte.
