This workshop isn’t about blaming anyone (especially your parents, for they did the best they could), though please feel ALL of your feelings that come up during this process. This workshop is to better understand each stage in our childhood development, in order to understand the healthy deservingness we should have acquired along the way to project deserving and worthy magnetism in ratio to our manifestations.
Manifesting what you desire consists of a few key elements. The most important is subconscious self-worth in ratio to what you’re calling in. You may have heard the term, “Get into vibration with what you want.” What this is referring to is having your self-worth align with what you're wanting. The foundation for self-worth is built during childhood, therefore, this workshop is an investigation to see where you might have underdeveloped worth. Knowledge is power. With the clarity and knowledge you pick up each day, you are going to go into your subconscious (where you directly manifest from), and use neuroplasticity and the structure of a healthy childhood to completely recreate the most magnetic childhood possible. This allows you to reclaim and then maintain your state of authenticity, confidence, and worth. A few things to note when working with your inner child:
Children think in absolutes (in all or nothing). I.e. If mom doesn’t listen to my stories, then I must not be worthy of being heard by others > when you’re older, you notice that you attract partners, bosses or friends that don’t take what you’re saying seriously, or they completely blow it off. This is because you have a limiting subconscious belief that you’re not worthy of being heard (picked up from that little person who registered modeling in absolutes). You’re subconsciously projecting that smallness to which others unconsciously prey on your un-deservingness; however, when you reprogram worthiness in your inner child, others unconsciously start respecting what you have to say. Children also do not understand nuances. That being said, it’s important to give the inner child you’ll be working with the proper weight they deserve. That means you need to INDULGE in your inner child’s beliefs and feelings. Get into their world, see through their eyes, and don’t judge what is coming up. Indulge.
SHAME • Shame is at the base of all pain.
Shame is what causes unworthiness and imprints in your subconscious.
Subconscious unworthiness is what blocks manifestations we are calling in.
So, today we are going to start by gathering INFORMATION in order to activate your inner child and essence. Feel free to reach out to your parents, if they are available, to get this information. That’s only if they are present in your life, alive, and open enough to offer you clear and honest answers. Otherwise, answer from the bits and pieces you do know, remember, or even assume.
Remember, following your intuition to answer any questions during this entire workshop is 100% OK. All that matters is what your subconscious believes to be true. That’s where we project and manifest from, and that’s who we will be reprogramming and reparenting.
JOURNAL
Journal in free-form format. These questions relate to all that you know about your mother and father’s emotional states preconception, utero, birth, and post birth – especially your mother’s state.
i. Were they happy, stressed, scared, healthy, toxic, stable, supported?
ii. Did she experience postpartum?
iii. Did anything traumatic happen pre-, during, or after her pregnancy?
iv. What are the details of your birth?
v. Was she able to hold you right after?
vi. Were you separated for some reason?
vii. How present were your parents in infancy and beyond? did they have a healthy relationship?
viii. Did your parents separate?
ix. Did you only have one caretaker?
x. Did they put your needs first or theirs?
xi. Did they want you/plan you?
LISTEN
Activating Your Magnetic Childhood
Cover your eyes, and listen. Very dim lighting can be more impactful for these. Note that you are simply going from a beta state into alpha or theta, otherwise known as hypnosis or deep meditation. You needn't worry about static noise or outside noises as you will be fully aware and once you're in the theta state, your subconscious is already taking direction, absorbing the information, and creating new neural pathways. The volume will be different for everyone’s devices. Simply plug in earphones and turn it to a volume that is comfortable for you.

Take note of everything you remember from your D.I. that felt important. what did your magnetic family and home look and feel like? describe each of your parents' energy and attributes.
